My counselling and social work focuses on your strengths and is task-focused. I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy along the way. My experience working for the DHB and private practice has helped me understand funding pathways and how trauma can affect health.

I practice at 15 Alma Street, Nelson 7011, located in the Buxton Square Car Park, between the two best Indian restaurants in Nelson.

Liaison with the Department of Corrections, Courts, and Police regarding fines, curfews, trespass, and Protection Orders, etc.

R is for Rent and Rates Guarantees from MSD, Housing NZ, Private Rentals Liaison with Councils for Rates Rebates, etc.

Support for accessing respite care is a vital part of caregiving.

Through the Sensitive Claims Service, I provide support for people over the age of 18 in Nelson who have experienced sexual abuse or assault in New Zealand. I may also be able to help if you’re an New Zealand resident and have experienced sexual abuse while travelling overseas. It doesn’t matter if the event happened recently or a long time ago.
